Cancelled or Returning Online Orders

The following applies to orders placed directly through our online store.

If you would like to cancel your online order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our order-fulfillment system is automated therefore we will do everything we can to accommodate your request however, we cannot change or cancel once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to your return policy for information on returning your unused order.

If you wish to receive a refund for an unused kit, Lobo Genetics will refund the purchase price of your order less shipping & handling costs. In order to process your refund, you must contact us with your request for a refund within thirty (30) days of placing your order through our online store.

Lobo Genetics will not offer refunds for requests received after thirty (30) days of the initial order or if Lobo Genetics laboratory has received and begun processing your sample.

Kits Purchased through a Third-Party Retailer

Lobo Genetics is unable to provide refunds for kits purchased through a third-party. Refunds will be subject to the refund policies of the third-party retailer from which the kits were originally purchased.

Restrictions and Exclusions

Kits that were purchased at a promotional event or conference will be eligible for a refund only if they were purchased directly through Lobo Genetics. Third-party purchases will be subject to said party’s refund policies.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase within 30 business days after Lobo Genetics has confirmed a refund will be issued.
